Alternate Access:
- This river flows from the Duck Mountains to Lake Dauphin. To make this trip longer, start further west than Gilbert Plains and finish on Hwy #10.
Remoteness:
- You travel through farmland, although you do not see much of it because of the high banks.
Comments:
- Campsites are scarce but not crowded.
